AI Content Policy

1. What Counts as "AI-Generated"

Any track whose primary musical content (composition, performance, or vocal) was produced or substantially transformed by a generative AI model. Mastering or stem-separation alone does not require the AI label.

2. Required Disclosure

AI tracks must be tagged "AI-Generated" at upload and disclose the tool/model used (Suno, Udio, Stable Audio, etc.). False or missing disclosure may lead to removal.

3. Voice & Likeness

AI-generated content that imitates a real person's voice, name, or likeness without their written consent is prohibited.

4. Training Data

You must not upload AI output derived from models that were trained on copyrighted material you do not have rights to use commercially.

5. Discoverability

AI tracks are eligible for AI DJ rotation, search, and marketplace listings, but are clearly badged so listeners always know.

6. Enforcement

Violations follow the three-strike system in our Copyright Policy.
