Monetization Terms

1. Marketplace Commission

RadioTunez takes a transparent platform fee on every marketplace sale. The base rate is configurable per category and is shown on every listing before the sale closes. Verified and Pro sellers earn reduced rates.

2. Payouts

• Earnings clear after the configured holding period (default 7 days) to allow for chargebacks and disputes.
• Minimum payout threshold applies (default $10).
• Payouts are sent to the method on file (bank, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) — sellers are responsible for keeping their payout info current.
• RadioTunez does not own seller content; sellers retain full rights.

3. Taxes

Sellers are responsible for the taxes owed on their earnings. We provide annual sales summaries and collect tax info (W-9 / W-8BEN / VAT) where required by law.

4. Subscriptions

Premium plans bill on a recurring basis and auto-renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until its end date. Refunds are handled per regional law.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud

Confirmed fraudulent transactions are reversed and may result in earnings clawback and account suspension. Excessive chargebacks may freeze payouts.

6. Changes

We will provide at least 14 days' notice before changing commission rates or payout terms.
