Upload Policy & Rules

1. Ownership & Rights

You may only upload content that you own outright or for which you hold a valid license covering streaming, distribution, and monetization on the Service. Samples, stems, and features must be cleared.

2. Accepted Formats

• Audio: MP3 (≥192 kbps), WAV, FLAC, AAC, OGG.
• Artwork: JPG / PNG, minimum 1400×1400 px, square.
• Maximum file size: 200 MB per audio file.

3. Required Metadata

Title, primary artist, contributors/featured artists, ISRC (when available), genre, and language. Inaccurate metadata may result in takedown.

4. Prohibited Content

• Copyright-infringing material, including unlicensed remixes or DJ mixes containing third-party tracks.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
• Sexual content involving minors. Always reported to authorities.
• Malware, deceptive audio, or content designed to manipulate plays.
• White-noise / silent / artificially short tracks intended to inflate royalties.

5. Explicit Content

Mark explicit tracks during upload. Failure to flag may lead to demotion or removal.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-assisted music is allowed if you own the model output rights and disclose the use during upload. Voice clones of real people without their consent are prohibited.

7. Advertising Audio

Ad creatives must be truthful, non-deceptive, and follow all applicable consumer protection laws. No malware, no fake software prompts, no impersonation of platform UI.

8. Takedowns & Disputes

To report infringement, email dmca@radiotunez.com with the work, evidence of ownership, and contact details. We process valid notices promptly.

9. Enforcement

Violations may result in takedown, demonetization, account suspension, or permanent ban. Repeat infringers are terminated under our three-strike policy.
