By accessing or using RadioTunez ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. Artist and seller features may require additional verification.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (tracks, posts, artwork). By uploading, you grant RadioTunez a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, stream, and promote your content within the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
No infringement of intellectual property, harassment, spam, illegal content, malware, or attempts to bypass platform security or royalty accounting.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium, advertising, and marketplace transactions are billed through our payment processors. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of streams or third-party radio sources.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
